Deidre is a passionate expert in workplace behaviors and change management. Since 2003, when she formed her first business, PEAR Core Solutions, Deidre and her team work closely with companies of all sizes with their chief executives (along with their teams), providing insights into workplace behaviors and team dynamics to increase engagement, morale and results.
Prior to founding PEAR, Deidre served as President of a direct marketing catalog company, where she oversaw the strategic direction and overall growth of the organization. Deidre previously held positions at Time Warner, NBC, GE Capital and Doubleday.
Deidre most recently produced and hosted a weekly talk radio show for WCBS News Radio;
GutwiZdom – Radio That Resonates. Interviewing thought leaders in business, entertainment and sports to bring forth meaningful content that address universal challenges in business and in life furthers her passion in helping others.
Currently Deidre is a member and speaker for Vistage International; a group dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of Chief Executives. Most recently, Deidre published a book “Say Goodbye to Drama”, a guide on how to obliterate drama, from the playground to the boardroom.
A mom to two empowered daughters, Alana and Carly, Deidre is an authentic leader who leads her life daily by practicing gratitude.
