Break the 12 Habits Holding You Back

You are invited to join us for a workshop with Columbia and Hofstra Entrepreneur in Residence and former Wall Street senior executive, Barbara Roberts, expert on women entrepreneurial and corporate success. What worked for you in the past may very well be sabotaging your future success. In this interactive session, Barbara Roberts will guide members through a deep-dive analysis designed to reveal the roadblocks responsible for hindering growth.

Do you hesitate about putting forward ideas? Are you reluctant to claim credit for your achievements? Do you find it difficult to get the support you need from your boss or the recognition you deserve from your colleagues?

Unfortunately, majority of women answer "yes", to at least one of the above questions. In order to become one of the highest performing Wall Street Senior Executives on the trading floor, Roberts had to take an introspective approach. Like Roberts, it's time for you to take specific, intentional actions that will catapult you closer to your professional goals.
